01Instant delivery after payment
Every SeatSparks order is a verified resale ticket paid in cryptocurrency. As soon as your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, your mobile e-ticket is issued to your account with a scannable QR entry pass — nothing is shipped.
In almost all cases this happens automatically and immediately after the network confirms your transaction.
02Our 1-hour refund guarantee
If your payment is verified but you do not receive your ticket instantly — for example, if the specific listing can no longer be fulfilled — you will be refunded in full within 1 hour of the payment being confirmed.
You do not need to chase us for this: the refund is issued automatically to the refund address you have saved. If you have any concern, contact us right away and we will resolve it.
03Where your refund is sent
Refunds are paid in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, sent to the refund address you save in your account.
To make sure a refund can always reach you, add a refund address for each coin before you pay:
- Sign in and go to Account → Refunds.
- Save a wallet address for each coin you might pay with (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB, and more).
- If a refund is ever due, it is sent automatically to the saved address for that coin.
04If you haven't saved a refund address
If a refund is due and you have not yet saved a refund address, contact us at support@seatsparks.com and we will arrange your full refund manually. We will only ever refund to an address you confirm directly with us.
05Change of mind and event changes
Because tickets are delivered instantly and resale inventory is limited, orders are generally final once your ticket has been issued.
If a match is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, or is moved in a way that invalidates your ticket, contact us and we will help arrange a refund of the ticket price to your saved refund address.
06How to reach us about a refund
Open a ticket from our Support page or email support@seatsparks.com with your order reference. We reply to every message by email, usually within a few hours.
