SeatSparks is an independent online marketplace where verified sellers list World Cup 2026 match tickets for resale. We provide the platform, the checkout and the delivery of digital tickets; we are not the original issuer of the tickets.

SeatSparks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any official tournament organiser. Prices are set by the resale market and may be above or below face value.

All prices are shown all-in, in US dollars, with any service fee already included. The price and details you see at checkout are the price you pay.

Tickets are delivered as digital mobile e-tickets after your payment is verified. It is your responsibility to enter accurate account details so your ticket can be delivered.

Checkout is completed in cryptocurrency. You send payment from your own wallet to the address shown at checkout. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed, so please check the amount and address carefully before sending.

SeatSparks never asks for, stores, or has access to your wallet seed phrase or private keys. We only ever use public receive addresses.

Tickets are delivered instantly after payment is verified. If an order cannot be filled, you are refunded in full within 1 hour to the refund address saved in your account. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Sellers must have the right to sell the tickets they list and must provide accurate details. Listings that are inaccurate, invalid or fraudulent may be removed and the account suspended.

Sale proceeds are paid to the payout address a seller saves in their seller dashboard. Sellers are responsible for keeping that address correct.

When using SeatSparks you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to breach any venue or event terms.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe or disrupt the service or its security.
• Submit false information, or impersonate another person or seller.

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but inventory, prices and availability can change at any time. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and we may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, SeatSparks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
